1st stage : Making of "Hawaiian Pizza Chinese Style Toppings " !!! Very special flavour toppings consists of 5~ spice powder, light soya sauce, black soya sauce and
canned button mushrooms.
Here's the recipe,
*For basic pizza dough :-
Ingredients:-
500 gm bread flour
50 gm margarine
50 gm sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp instant yeast
240 gm water
Method:-
1) Placed all ingredients into a mixer bowl, knead to a smooth and elastic dough. About 10 mins.
2) Transfer to a floured surface top, round it up and rest till double in size- 30 mins.
3) Cut the dough weighing 300 gm each (depending the size of pizza pan) and round them until smooth.
4) Roll out each dough flat to fit the pan.
5) Ready to spread out toppings and bake at 173' for 20 mins.
*The making with the toppings :-
Ingredients :-
chicken breast (cut into cubes)
1 big onion
chopped small onions & garlic
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp black soya sauce
2 tbsp light soya sauce
salt, pepper,sugar
cornflour
mozzarella cheese (cut into pieces)
Prego bottled sauce
canned pineapple (diced)
button mushrooms(diced)
Parsley for sprinkling
Method: -
1) Seasoned chicken meat with light soya sauce, salt, rub with cornflour. Set aside.Heat up oil, saute the big onion,small onions and garlic till fragrant. Pour in the seasoned chicken meat, oyster sauce, black soya sauce, sugar, pepper and stir fry till well corporated. Dish out n set aside.
2) Spread the Prego sauce all over the rolled out pizza generously, leaving about 1 cm away from the edge all around.
3) Divide the cooked chicken meat evenly on it, then button mushrooms, pineapple pieces, mozzarella cheese and sprinkle parsley all over the pizza.
4) Bake at 173' for 20 mins. Cut with a pizza cutter and serve hot .
