Fried Fish with golden sauces !
Here's the recipe,
Ingredients:-
Fish (seasoned with salt, pepper powder)
Shredded fine ginger ('mine not so fine')
2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
some cornstarch for thickening
Method:-
1) Fry the fish till cooked and crispy, dish out and set aside.
2) With the remainder oil, pour in the ginger, fry till golden brown, dish out and set aside also.
3) Heat up a cleaned wok, pour 1/2 bowl of water, add in the sauces, stir to mix well and add in the seasonings to taste.
4) Slowly drizzled the cornstarch and stir to thicken. Off the fire.
5) Place the fried fish on a platter, spread the thicken gravy all over it.
6) Now, sprinkled the fried golden shredded ginger all over the surface and served with white rice.
