Ham Cheese Buns
Here's the recipe,
Making a basic bread dough. Ingredients:-
500 gm high protein flour
100 gm superfine flour
100 gm castor sugar
70 gm margarine
50 gm milk powder
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp instant yeast
1/2 tsp bread improver
1 1/2 cup water
1 egg
Method:-
1) Mix all the ingredients into the mixer bowl and mix, knead for 10 -15 mins until it forms a
dough.
2) Take out the dough and place it on a floured surface top, fold into a round dough. Cover it and let it rest till double in size.
3) Knock n punch the dough ( to let out the air), shape into long roll, cut and weigh around 60 gm each.
4) Roll flat and filled it with ham (shredded) , wrap it up, using the roller pin, roll again on top to make it level.
5) Arrange on greased tray and it rise till doubled in size. Egg wash the filled buns, stick a piece of cheese and pipe some mayonnaise over it.
6) Bake at 170'c for 20 mins or till golden brown. Cool and ready for serving.
