68g Water
1/4tsp Instant yeast

Ingredients:

68g Water
1/4tsp Instant yeast
Method:
- Mix all and knead to a smooth dough.
- Rest for 30mins, place in airtight container and refrigerate it overnight, not more than 2 days.
- Before using, return to room temperature or increase to double in volume.
