Fishy Crispy Fried Tofu

Fishy Crispy Fried Tofu", served with Thailand sweet chilly sauce.For
quick and convenient preparations, I suggest buy ready-made fish paste.
Here's the recipe,
Ingredients:-
300 gm fish paste
500 gm plain tofu
2 tube Japanese tofu
3 tbsp tapioca flour/ cornflour
salt,pepper.sugar,msg
chopped spring onions
chopped shitake mushrooms
chopped red chilies
100 gm rice flour)
40 gm cornflour ) mix well

Method:-
1) Blend the tofu till fine. Mix with fish paste, seasonings, spring onions, red chilies, mushrooms and the 3 tbsp tapioca flour. Mix till very smooth.
2) Pour out into a greased 8"-9" square pan and steam over high heat for 30 mins till tofu set.
3) Cool it and cut into pieces. Roll the pieces over the flour mixture and deep-fry till golden brown.
4) Serve hot with Thailand sweet chilly sauce.
