Mixed Nuts & Seeds Crunchies !
Highly recommended for you to bake this crispy crunchies for this CNY 2016 , super yummy.













Here's the recipe :-

Ingredients :-
400 gm Bienetta flour
400 gm almond flakes
200 gm sunflower seeds / pumpkin seeds
40 gm white sesame seeds
40 gm black sesame seeds

Method :-
1) Slightly toast the almond flakes, sunflower seeds.
2) Mix all together, spread on a prepared non-stick parchment paper tray. Spread out evenly.
3) Bake at 170' C for 10-15 mins.
4) Pull out from oven, using a pizza roller cutter, cut into desire pieces immediately while it still hot.
5) Cool off and store in airtight containers.
